We appreciate there are times when you will need to return something to us. We believe these are the times that differentiate businesses, we want to be one of the good ones !

 

Delivery is free !

All our deliveries are sent within 24 hours by Royal Mail Tracked 48

In the bag you will receive your invoice, the product and a returns bag, just in case you need to send it back to us

On the rare occasion the product is faulty we will provide you with a returns label to get it back to us for a refund or exchange

Here at Ella Bellini we try really hard to ensure our website reflects the actual colours and look of the garment and that all the information presented is accurate.  However, colours are representative and may not reflect exact shades, please be aware that colour differences can occur in any product when it is being viewed on a computer screen.

We appreciate that there will be times when you will need to return a product to us. When this happens, we want to ensure it is a professional process that makes it as easy as possible.

If you have ordered a product and are not entirely satisfied with it, we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.

If the item you ordered is not suitable then please return it with all labels attached and in an unworn condition.  The Item must be returned within seven days of you receiving it and the cost of the return postage must be paid by the customer. If labels or missing or the product has been obviously worn such as perfume or make up marks, Ella Bellini reserve the right to part refund the item to accommodate any cleaning before re stocking. If the item cannot be returned to pristine it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be offered.

Items in the Sale are still eligible for a full refund.

Any applicable import/export customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Import duties may be payable by the customer in accordance with the delivery country’s law.

Faulty Merchandise

If on receipt of an item, it is found to be damaged, the customer must return the item within seven days.
We offer an immediate replacement if in stock as soon as possible.
We would also be happy to offer a refund, if this is preferred.

Refunds

We usually process a refund within 24 hours from the time we of receive the item.

Delivery Instructions Regarding unattended parcels

Please refrain from instructing our carriers to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour, any products left in this way will be at the customers own risk.
